Costa Calida

Costa Calida means the WARM COAST and is situated to the south of Costa Blanca, starting in the province of Murcia, and runs south towards Almeria.

Costa Calida has breathtaking mountains, fertile agricultural land and miles of unspoilt beaches. As the amount of building development has remained relatively low, the area is very typically Spanish. The weather on the Costa Calida is the best in Spain. Winters are warmer and drier than any other part of Spain, making the climate not only enjoyable, but also beneficial from a health point of view. There are approximately 320 days of sunshine per year with low humidity and very low rainfall, making a near perfect climate.

Grupo Masa have been building on the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida for more than 20 years and have constructed many villas in the area on 11 different developments. All of their properties are covered with a 10 year guarantee, and purchasers will be offered a service package which includes legal assistance and fiscal representation.

The latest development, CAMPOSOL, is situated in the beautiful countryside with spectacular mountain views. CAMPOSOL, designed as a residential development, has an 18-hole golf course under construction, a clubhouse, tennis courts, shops, swimming pools and amenities necessary for year round living. It is 5 minutes from the typically Spanish town of Mazarron, approx. 1 1/4 hour from Alicante airport and 12 minutes from the beautiful coast, with the cities of Cartegena and Murcia within easy reach.

There are a wide range of quality villas either totally detached or semi-detached with wonderful views of the mountains.
