Costa Calida
Costa Calida means
the WARM COAST and is situated to the south of Costa Blanca, starting
in the province of Murcia, and runs south towards Almeria.
Costa Calida has
breathtaking mountains, fertile agricultural land and miles of unspoilt
beaches. As the amount of building development has remained relatively
low, the area is very typically Spanish. The weather on the Costa
Calida is the best in Spain. Winters are warmer and drier than any
other part of Spain, making the climate not only enjoyable, but
also beneficial from a health point of view. There are approximately
320 days of sunshine per year with low humidity and very low rainfall,
making a near perfect climate.
