Inspection Visits

Inspection visits are without doubt the best way to view property in Spain. This is because you will be able to see the area in detail, which is as important as the viewing the property and, of course, look at the developments and show houses for the various property styles. With low air fares now available these inspection visits can be from various airports.

Our properties sell themselves, so while on an inspection visit you will not be shown around by 'salespeople' but by people who have themselves bought their Spanish property in the area, which is, of course, the best form of endorsement.

After inspecting properties, should you wish to proceed, you will want to choose your plot. With new properties, a sales contract is drawn up for your new house and  you will be asked for a 10% deposit. On receipt of this deposit the price for your house is fixed. A further 40% is payable after 30 days. Depending upon the completion date of your new property a further 25% is payable 3 months before completion.  The final balance will be required on completion.
